Paulina became interested in raw foods from her best friend Diana and started to sell raw cakes and other goodies at the Adelaide Vegan Festival in 2007 and 2008. Both of these stalls did amazingly well! The responses they got were overwhelming!

Paulina also went 100% raw for a year and half, and had never felt better on raw foods! Her idea behind Raw Life! was to create a place/space that combined many facets of health, such as raw and living foods, yoga and also life affirming things such as her love for salsa dancing, bike riding and exercise.

Paulina organised the Adelaide sell out lecture of Sergei Boutenko in 2007, and the Adelaide lecture of Matt Monarch and Angela Stokes in 2008.

2009 saw Paulina officially start trading business under the name Raw Life! Living Foods - creating the most delicious tasting raw chocolate bars (many people have said it is the BEST raw chocolate they have ever tried!), making an amazing selection of raw cakes, and raw sweets such as fudge balls.
